Bonus Issue
The company issue 725 Equity Shares of Rs. 10- for every 1 Equity Share held and that such new Equity Shares so issued shall upon allotment have the same rights of voting as the existing Equity Shares of the Company and that the equity shares so allotted during the Financial Year shall be entitled to dividend, if any, proportionately in the year of the allotment of these shares.
Funding Details
Angel funding: In October 2015, Zappfresh raised $304,000 in angel funding.
November 2023 funding: Zappfresh raised INR 30 crore ($4.3 million) in a funding round from Ah! Ventures, HT Media, and others. The funds will be used for acquisitions, expansion, and infrastructure upgrades.
IPO: Zappfresh's parent company, DSM Fresh Foods Ltd, filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to list on the BSE SME platform. The IPO will include a fresh issue of 59.06 lakh equity shares with a face value of INR 10. Zappfresh plans to use the proceeds from the IPO for acquisitions.
